- Fraser Miles Construction Ltd. is managed by Mat Miles and Tom Fraser. Mat project manages and coordinates other project managers on all the building projects themselves, whilst Tom steers the office team with Tilly and Sam focusing on all areas of administration, ensuring all concurrent projects run smoothly and that we can always respond swiftly. Tom also previously spent three years as a Project Manager for an interior design company – experience that prepared him well for ensuring we continue to have an edge on the design front too.
We have 20 full time staff with numerous other part time and on-call trusted subcontractors. All our team have been recruited from a position of trust and earned respect in the building trade. We all rely on each other to ensure each and every project we take on is a success. We do this very very well.

Our team is constantly growing as we continue to go from strength to strength. Having a strong full time team means we can start projects quickly and deliver on time and budget, every time. In terms of trades, the wider team includes: 6 carpenters, 6 ground workers, electricians, plumbers, plasterers, painters and decorators, and a host of skilled general tradesmen among others too.
We also have tried, tested and trusted architects who we work very closely with on a constant basis.
